1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how zenonum (“we”, “us”) processes personal data when you use our website and product. We follow European data protection standards, including the GDPR, for users in the European Economic Area and apply equivalent transparency for users elsewhere.
zenonum is in closed beta. Features and data practices may change; we will update this policy when they do.

3. What data we collect
Depending on how you use zenonum, we may process:

4. Why we use your data and legal bases (GDPR)

5. AI and large language model (LLM) processing
zenonum uses AI to power Discovery, coaching, extraction, and related features. Content you submit (for example chat messages and project text) may be sent to third-party LLM providers, including Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google (Gemini).
Those providers process data on our instructions to generate responses and structured outputs.
We do not use your content to train public models on your behalf unless we tell you otherwise in a future update.
6. Where data is stored and hosting
Product data is hosted on infrastructure provided by OVH. Data may be processed in the European Union and, where providers require it, in other countries with appropriate safeguards.
7. How long we keep data
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the closed beta, to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Retention periods may depend on session lifecycle, beta agreements, and operational logs. We will publish more specific retention schedules when the product leaves closed beta if needed.
8. Who we share data with
We share data only as needed to run zenonum:

We require processors to protect data under contract.
9. International users
If you access zenonum from outside the European Economic Area, you acknowledge that data may be transferred to and processed in Poland, the EU, and other countries where our providers operate, with safeguards where required by law.
10. Your rights (EEA / UK / similar regimes)
You may have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Rectify inaccurate data
- Erase data (“right to be forgotten”) in certain cases
- Restrict or object to processing in certain cases
- Data portability where applicable
- Withdraw consent at any time (for consent-based processing)
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
In Poland, the supervisory authority is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

11. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures for a closed beta product, including access controls and encrypted transport where implemented. No method of transmission over the Internet is fully secure.
12. Children
zenonum is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date will change. Material changes may be highlighted on the site or by email where appropriate.
